Shipping & Returns 

We want your shopping experience with us to be as simple and transparent as possible. Here you’ll find all the key information about shipping, delivery, and returns. Our goal is for your order to reach you safely, quickly, and in perfect condition — and that you know exactly how to proceed in the event of a return.

Shipping & Delivery 

How your order reaches you

We usually process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery within Germany then takes around 2–5 business days, depending on shipping volume.

We currently ship within Germany and Austria. Shipping to other countries is not available at the moment.

Within Germany we ship as follows (incl. statutory VAT): 

For an order value up to €49.99 – shipping €4.95.
From an order value of €50.00 – free shipping.

To Austria we ship as follows: 

For an order value up to €74.99 – shipping €14.95.
From an order value of €75.00 – free shipping.

We ship via standard shipping with DHL or DPD. Depending on the order and destination address, we reserve the right to use other reliable service providers.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This includes tracking that lets you check the current status of your parcel at any time.

As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can request changes (e.g., delivery address) or a cancellation. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and have your order number ready.

Returns

How to make a return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange your order, you have 14 days from receipt of your delivery to initiate the return.

Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, and unopened. Unfortunately, we cannot accept or refund returns that do not comply with these guidelines.

The customer bears the cost of returns. Parcels returned to us remain your responsibility until they arrive at our facility. We therefore recommend shipping with tracking and keeping the proof of postage.

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
